Was made aware of a new Web site: KaufmanCountyCorruption.com. I don’t know who is behind it, but as social media and a fomenting backlash towards corrupt government officials increase, you will start to see sites like this pop up in every county. You will also start to see more Web sites and blogs pop up as frustration with the local establishment media’s cover up of the matters going on…
NOTE TO KaufmanCountyCorruption.com Publisher: Please e-mail me asap: publisher@elliscountyo.com. Perhaps we can work on something together…

KAUFMAN COUNTY LEGALIZED CHILD KIDNAPPING RING!
The animals who run the courts in Kaufman County Texas continue to destroy families which is not their duty. Some of the filthy scoundrels who are doing this will be specifically cited on this site with more added continually until they either recant and change their ways or are removed! Each one of these people are under a divine curse from which they cannot escape until they come clean and change their ways:. The Almighty told us: “And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.” Malachi 4:6

KAUFMAN — James Michael Murphy has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a student this spring, but a complaint was not filed until school started this month, according to the story in The Mabank Monitor‘s Aug. 28 issue.
Murphy, a 37-year-old Kemp resident, resigned his position as an agriculture teacher the same day he was arrested. The Monitor reports that he has been a teacher at Kaufman High School for eight years.
Curious why the female student waited until the new school year began to pursue this. The complaint was filed stemming from allegations this occurred in March and May earlier this year. Murphy was released on a $50,000 bond. He could of at least waited till this girl was out of high school. Teachers are stupid sometimes. The girl’s parents probably didn’t like this “relationship” — which is a felony.
Had Murphy been a super-hot female teacher and the student was a male, conventional wisdom shows that the teacher would get her hand slapped and the guy would be made a hero. Since this case or story does not allege a rape occurred, the law says a teacher can’t bang his students, even if they’re 18.
Republican Justice of the Peace Judge Eric Williams was arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office deputies on allegations that he stole computer equipment from county offices. Constable Shelley Featherston, a Democrat, is a crook too, so Precinct 1 isn’t really losing much with this. A Kaufman County Tax Assessor-Collector’s office employee was also arrested for stealing money from the county for 12 years. Nice to know it only took 12 years to realize Joan Hyett Gibson was stealing money. The Cedar Creek Pilot did not identify Williams’ party affiliation, but it’s only fair that it be posted. Here’s a list of Kaufman County elected officials and their party affiliations (c/o Kaufman County GOP):

COMBINE, TEXAS — I was falsely accused and falsely imprisoned by John Allen “Jay” Hoskins of the Combine Police Department in 2009 for publishing a mug shot of Combine PD reserve William Achey. Background story on that here: http://www.pegasusnews.com/news/2009/sep/22/ellis-updated-county-publisher-learning-hard-lesso/. I sued, settled with the City of Combine and the Texas Municipal League in June and the next month, got raided by another police department, accused of a crime for publishing and possessing photos of documents:
On July 18, 2011, the Red Oak Police Department and the Ellis County/District Attorney’s Office sent swarms of investigators and cops to my home and office and searched and seized computers, cellphones, cameras and documents.
Compare and contrast the Combine (2009) case with the Red Oak (2011) case:

(Note: My parents house in Ovilla was raided, searched and seized, too, but I haven’t lived in Ovilla since 2006)
SWEET JUSTICE: I went to jail Monday, Sept. 14 and walked out a free man Friday, Sept. 25. When I got out, I met with the FBI over Combine’s clear civil rights violations. Shortly thereafter, both Chief Steve Allen (now with Caney City) and disgraced reserve “detective” John Allen “Jay” Hoskins resigned. The city secretary resigned. A city council member lost her re-election bid. Other councilmen retired or resigned. Two weeks after I filed my federal lawsuit against Combine (July 2010), the City of Combine fired 14 of their police officers.
KAUFMAN — Republican Justice of the Peace Eric Williams, a lawyer and former cop who represents Precinct 1, was indicted in July on two felonies: burglary of a building and theft by a public servant. The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct suspended him after the indictments were handed down, according to the Mabank Monitor. The TCJC, the Monitor reported, will keep the suspension in place until they deem it necessary to remove it. The Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office arrested Williams and another county employee for alleged theft of computer monitors from county buildings in May. Surveillance camera footage reportedly showed Williams taking the equipment.

The Ellis County Observer and its sister site, The Kaufman County Observer, call on Judge Williams to resign immediately — if he hasn’t already. We also call on the Kaufman County Republican Executive Committee to weigh-in on this matter, as well. Precinct 1 is not being served adequately with this scandal hovering over it.
